The Mill Park Tennis Club will once again be running this program, designed to introduce players and parents to
competition tennis. This program is aimed at those players who are ready, or almost ready, to start playing
competition.

This program is invaluable to those who are considering playing competition tennis with the Club,
making the transition from lessons to competition much smoother.

Players are to attend one of the sessions listed below, as it is used to assist with grading players. Players can attend two sessions if they wish.

The next season of competition starts in term three of 2025. Registration for this season is now open.

Aspects of the Beginner Comp sessions include;
• Basic tactics of doubles play
• Tennis etiquette
• Tennis rules
• Scoring

Two sessions will be held; 17th and 24th May.  A parent must attend the session/s with their child to understand the requirements of both player and parent throughout the season.  

Where:	Mill Park Tennis Club, Harry Jenkins Reserve, Mill Park Dr, Mill Park
When:	Saturday 17th or 24th May 2025  Mandatory 1 session; 2nd session optional
Time:	1.00pm to 2.00pm
Cost:	$10 per Child per session to be paid on the day
