The Mill Park Tennis Club will once again be running this program, designed to introduce players and parents to
competition tennis. This program is aimed at those players who are ready or almost ready to start playing
competition.

This program is invaluable to those who are considering playing competition tennis with the club,
making the transition from coaching lessons to playing tennis much smoother.

Players are to attend the session, as it is used to assist with grading players.
The next season of competition starts in term three of 2024. Registration for this season is open till Tuesday 28th May 2024.

Players will be taught the following things that they need to know before commencing competition play with the club:
• Basic tactics of doubles play
• Tennis etiquette
• Tennis rules
• Scoring

Parents are encouraged to attend the information session on 25th May to find out all they need to know about club competition. They are also given the opportunity to learn more about the game of tennis, including how to score.
